Stratus can control and manipulate a cosmic element designated as Ephlumion. It is a multi-elemental substance which contains unidentified molecules composed of an alien substance, believed to come from a place designated as “Magic.” These molecules grant Stratus the ability to control gas/vapor molecules at a molecular level. By blending unique vapors together, he can create a wide-variety of materials and consistencies, such as the infamous dynamic-gel. It is capable of withstanding powerful physical and energy-based attacks.
